Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on September 5, 2023, found that Eastern Area Adult Services had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of a complaint investigation survey completed on August 4, 2023.
